Orders are paid in cash on delivery. After you order, we call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm the order before it ships.

Delivery areas & fees

Choose your area at checkout. Where a fee is shown, it's added to your total; where it says “confirmed by phone”, we agree the fee with you when we confirm the order.

Following your order

• Keep the order number from your confirmation page (it looks like YK-123456).
• Open “Track order” and enter it with the mobile number you ordered with to see where your order is.
• Signed-in customers also see all their orders under My account.
